Which pets can we make that have armor

Please note in a recent posting, it was mentioned that they really wouldn't be playing with creatures HAMs but actually thier Armor ratings, so this might change very soon.

Actually they said that armor rating wasn't affecting challenge rating and that that would be changing, not that they were changing armor ratings.

Ah, sorry for the misinformation, I must have misread. Thanks for the correction, if you come across the post again can you let me know? I would like to reread it and see what I missed.

I was wondering which pets have the best armor in all differnent cl types?

Just wanted to post this finding here cause i haven't viewed the boards enough lately to see if it had already been addressed. I made a pet with both Fortitude and hardiness over 800 using old kimo dna i had from 2 patches ago - *sigh* the good old days - and it still only came out with Armor 1. I know earlier there was some debate whether you could get Armor 2 at > 750 Fortitude since you get Armor 1 at 500. Appeasrs a no go....and i wasted 2 kimo dnas just for that experiment. So I now have a CL 79 Woolimander on display

Im almost positive the necessary fortitude is 1000 for ar2. I posted my reasons on my armor/resist relationship thread.
