what is the lowest level any BE has achieved.

I had one with light armor at CL 19, kinetic was in the 50's

I think I'm getting them somewhere around CL 23.

CL14 with 60% but no armor. Had to make it utterly vulnerable to everything else though to pull it off I think it was around 6k of HAM so I'll have to probably be prepared for someone wanting a refund or replacment once they fix this system.
