It is always mentioned, but go and find a smuggler and purchase 3 crates of Muon Gold spice. This is very key as it allows for non-stop sampling.

Second. When the spice runs out you will have about a minute and a half of downtime as the negative effects of the spice take over. When this happens take all the DNA samples you have collected and turn them into genetic DNA templates. This frees up inventory as well as gives BE crafting XP. Plus it makes the downtime go a little quicker.

Sample I

I started out right behind the BE trainer in Theed on Naboo. Directly behind him is a section that looks like a grassy park next to the river. There is a spawn of about 26 creatures. I started off sampling the gnorts. It seemed they where the the least likely to give a failure. Then moved to the nunas. After that, as a last resort the butterflies. The problem with the butterflies is when agroed they tag team you and there are between 4 to 6 within agro range.

Each gives about 100 xp per sample. It does not take long as they seem to have low resists.

Sample II

At this point I went out to Talus. Take missions for Kimas. They are fast, small but very nice to sample from. While out running the missions also sample from any Roba spawn places you find. The key here is to take two missions in the same direction at almost the same distance. Sample from the first. Shoot it ONCE then stop. Sample the next wave then shoot it ONCE again. Then run to the other mission and do the same. When you get back to the first mission the lair will be healed and there will be a fresh set of spawns waiting. Sample them, shoot once and there will be another immediate spawn and start the circle again.

The Kimas would give 150 to 170xp the robas about the same.

Sample III

This is where it seemed it would get longer, however head to Dantooine. Again take missions, this time for Voritos Dasher or Voritos Lizard lairs. Repeate the same proceedure as above to have infinate spawnings. Each lizard will give you over 200 xp per sample. These are agressive creatures however, so keep an eye on your mask scent button. They didnt seem to break mask scent often and where very easy to sample from. While out also look for the various Picket spawns. They resist a bit more, but offer more xp also. It took less then 3 hours to get through Sample III with this method. I have heard this is the place most BEs tend to start to think of career change. If you use this method you will get through it without problem.

Sample IV

Seething bol crusher give over 570 xp per sample, however, they also only spawn 1 per lair. So it is a decision of which is faster, I sample of 570 then a wait or three quick samples of 350 (Pickets). Either one works. I chose to go with the Pickets at this point. Again the mission way on Dantooine will work here. Take two picket missions and go to town.

______

That is how I got through sampling in just a few short hours. All in all I managed about 20k of crafting XP for turning the samples into genetics, then sometimes turning them into low end creatures. I didnt end up with many credits because you dont actually finish the missions, they just infinate spawn. On a few occations I killed the lair because both the Voritor missions and Picket missions run about 9k credits per mission.

Good luck to the people who still need to sample and congradulations to those who have finished it.
