The bug is with the actual cloning system calculations, however it is made all the more worse with dna that contains certain qualities. There has been documented a total of around 4 species of animal (not all kahmurrith) which are giving veryabnormal results when you make a direct copy of them or put their dna into a template in a certain way and experiment up certain stats to a fixed point. From what I can see though the flaw lies with the cloning system itself, however certain dna can be exploited to give drastically high stats for an uncharacterisically low CL rating. Some people are calling it fair, some are not. I've said all i can on the issue but the fact is that you can produce CL1 critters with 8k of HAM using these methods, what you think about that is up to you.
