I have seen some high pet prices. I am on Intrepid,and I make all frenzied dna pets with ar1 ,about 10k ham,60 kinetic,over 500 damage and .44 to hit, with resists of a frenzied graul.these come out between cl 48 and cl 51.I sell these for 50k and I have pets all different levels and stats below that.

now I am not master yat and cannot make grauls and kimos, but with 10k ham ar1 and 60 kinetic,my pets will make as good of a tank for a whole lot less.Of course, I have been offered 50k for just 3 frenzied dna samples,so I know I am underpriced,but I don't feel right charging 100k and up for some reason,it's only monopoly money,why be greedy with it?

So I guess I am saying that if you look around you can find something about as good if not as good, but for much less than a mil

Thats a pretty nice BE grual, and love the specials on him, but considering his HaM is only at 10k id say his level isnt very high which doesnt warrent the million cred price tag. If i could find a critter in the wild with those specials around the same level as what the customer was looking for then id sell that same grual that you have listed for about 100k +- a bit depending on how long i had to work on it and final level. Mind you a level 63+ pet has its cost rise dramaticly in my shop, cause theres only one way to get that high and it aint easy.

For "Uber Pets" (10+k HAM, high resists) it's a seller's market, and they can ask any price they want.

Creature Handlers seem to think they're doing BE's a favor by asking for "12k Kimo with Light Armor, 60% Kinetic, no vulns" and saying "I will pay well" when by "well" they mean "100k credits"

Note: For the pets you want, we need Mutant Rancor DNA, which three attempts out of four means we get aggroed and unless we're buffed (cost: 6k) and get the heck out of dodge (burstrun, jump on speeder, both of which leads to running through more aggro because Dath is a DeathPlanet) and then wait and sneak up and try AGAIN... eventually it will lead to a death (1k more + 1% loss of my items + another reinsure (about 2.5k)) and payment for another Buffand another long trip out to Rancor Alley, getting aggroed along the way.

And then we've got the actual trip out to Dathomir and back in the first place, which is, what, 5k?

So for our *costs* we're already at about 6k+2.5k+5k = 13.5k plus 7k for each death. Even at one death we're at a 20k cost.

That's 20k, and let's say you were lucky and it only took you two hours to do (there's a lot of run/sneakback/maskscent/run/sneak involved before a sample gets even ATTEMPTED). Even then you've got 5 DNA samples and two chances at a crit fail during assembly!

A million for a high quality pet?

Yeah. For starters.

So your saying that since it took you 5 hours and 20k for about 2 or 3 pets, u can mark them up what, 500 percent?


Im just asking for what people have seen them going for, since i see some people selling them for about 100k, and some selling them for what i saw. hes level 53 by the way

The puck forgot about the traveling to all the different planets to collect different creature DNA and the Time it takes to do this , i'm asked all the time for certain specials and to get those i have to travel, so i travel to 3-4 different planets to get the dna ,death is part of it i understand but i have had people send me tells saying can u make a 12k ham,600dam pet with ar1, 60 kinetic and (add specials here) , ill pay ya 75k for it . i charge what i do because theres such a demand i cant keep up with them, it takes sometimes a few hours or a few days to collect the dna i need for an order.Everyone who has paid the million + for my pets have emailed me days later thankin me for there pet, so there happy and im happy.

Dont get me wrong, i think its an awesome pet. i was just wondering what the prices were averaging and whether or not there was a system for determining price that most people are using? Something like pet levels 2k per level + Specials and Resists? Didnt mean for people to turn this into a justifying my prices thread?

well the main question then is, is it worth it to u. If a pet like that can keep u protected , tank for u when ur collectin meat/hide/bone and runnin missions. Is it worth it too u. If u take care of ur pet, it takes care of u

Thats kind of what i was thinking,, but wanted to know what other people were charging for similar pets. The way i look at it, im a lot more willing to buy a 1.2 million dollar pet than a 1.2 million dollar composite suit. The pet will last a lot longer. I just dont want to get burned with 3 pets for 3.5 mil, and find out that one month from now BE's will be turning out pets that are 5 times better than the ones i have. So basically just want to know, do you guys think that pet is good.

if those stats differ from what i said earlier, its because i was at work and going from memory, i just looked at him and thats what he has. The other ones have the same HAM, ar, and kinetic, but lower resists on other things, about 45 each. The other two are vuln to acid and stun.

Sorry, first post was blank for some reason. I am interested in this pet. Graul, 10k HAMs, ar 1, 60 kinetic, 87 Blast Heat and Lightning. 35 Energy, 50 Cold, and acid vuln. hes got strong poison and crippling strike as a wep. The guy wants 1.2 mil for him. Is that a lot, or is that standard. Whats the basis for prices on bio pets. Im MCH, and want the pet pretty bad, but im not sure if that price is high or not.

Nothing is worth what is asked. It is only worth what someone will pay.
