heh shopping for max values huh?
well of course 'best' is relative to its application. Post patch pets, if you find a BE thats worth his salt, CAN have 60% kinetic resists,damage in the mid-upper 100s, and 11k9k9k HAM, with any combination of specials you like; stun/intim IMO is the best since itdoubles up DPS droppers. Blind/intim is also popular for DPS/accuracy reduction.
