was wondering if mounts of any kind were possible to be made level 2?

should be possible, but ive not tried, i think some skins have no low limit on CL or maybe they was all 5, cant be bothered to read the FAQ atm

Can you mount Eopies? Are they considered humbaba-class? If not, then the answer is no

Mounts have a level requirement, for a non ch I believe the level is 6-8 before they can be trained with the mount command, though a CH probably knows more aobut that.

For mounting a pet, they often need to be 50-80% FULL GROWN before mounting. Cu-pas tend to need to be 80-90% grown because of there size. Banthas I have known to mount at 40-50% full grown. These are based on CL 8-10 BE pets and wild pets.
As for the lowest LVL is could be a 5, but what would be the use of a mount with under 100 Ham... a keetle could incap it. LOL
