you are close.. now get it light armor (yes it can be done at level 21.

I bought it from a BE on Flurry, his name is Kova, really great guy. Sorry I really can't answer the questions as I am not a BE.

Beyond this bugged stuff I hear... I think I have found a pet that is simply amazing.
Skin : Razor Cat
Resists : 48 all across the board
Attack 1 : Dizzy
Attack 2: Strong Poison
Dmg 410-420
H:9294 A:9509 M:10012
Attack Speed 2.17
hit .49
All for the low CL of 21.
Its actually renewed my faith in CH... for the time being... 
And imagine at MCH you can have 3.
