Can someone tell me what the best BioEngineered Lvl 24 (or less) Creature is for tanking?

The question is subjective. Everyone has their own preference. A bio-engineer has the ability to custom create (within limits) animals to fit those preferences.
You'll most likely want something with light armor, good kinetic and energy resists and a good special(s). I recommend intimidation. Other people prefer poisons or disease. You can get an animal with both. Some people like ranged attacks as well. Others find ranged a deterent. Again, it all depends on your play style and what you're looking to tank.

pretty much close to what ur gonna get, of course really long multi-generational pets can have the same stats just lower level as i have proved. Asking for the 'best' is, as pointed out, subjective. You gotta tell the BE what you want and he/she will tell you what is possible/closest they can get.
