Using fairly obvious recipes, I can create pets around the CL34-35 levels that have health of 12500+, light armour, kinetic resists of 60% and vulnerable to energy.
I consider this afine PvE tank pet. 60% resists and light armour are as good as it gets, and even using mutant rancor DNA, I seem to be unable to get health much higher than this.
My question would be, what are you all doing for high-level pets? Sure, I can get some better values into energy resists (but at the cost of kinetic resists.) I can improve damage from 300-350 to significantly higher. But I have never made a pet suitable for a master CH that beats having two of my CL35 pets.
What are you all doing?

If you're looking for a single high level MCH pet that is better than a set of twins you wont find it. There are decreasing returns the higher the CL goes.
On a side note, I made a CL 68 tonight, 12K health and mid 11K action and mind, 50 kinetic, 55 energy, no vulnerabilities except LS, and 480 damage with dizzy and blind.
While not better than a pair of twins it is a good pet for situations where you might only want1 pet out that can absorbe a variety of damage types.

Nice one!
Also nice to know that my pets are more or less in line with where they should be.
