My max level is 26 and wanted an ultimate tank, so wanted to know if this was possible?

I'm sure you would.

It is perhaps conceivable that someone could clone/recycle/clone/recycle with 100% frenzy graul DNA. Whether or not someone would want to do it for the price you'd be willing to pay would be a slightly different story. Especially if it's a 4th generation clone or so.

Yeah just don't experiment on it or inbreed some of the HAM down.
