all this talk of non ch pets made me wonder, how many of my fellow be's make thees pets??? i know on sunrunner its not easy to find, and kinda why i was forced into making some for guild mates.
i ended up making a pet that is worth using for a non ch so i was pleased... but what do you do?? people want to have a usable pet, do you sell it to them, make it less good????
plz post what you do and and think of this??

I make them just myself and guildies.
There isnt muchof a pet market

I usually keep 2-3 on my vendor, at 200k. Dont have Merch, but I advertise in the forums a lot...usually someone will come and buy out all I have available at once, too

Recipes for these are around on the boards if you search I came up with one that does
10/7/4k with high kinetic and either kd/int or kd/crp with range. BUT I really have to question if this is "working as intended". I doubt very seriously these pets were meant to be. So if you make them be prepared for the when/if they get nerfed, and the hate mails from buyers demanding money back that could follow

I think it is all in how a person looks at it. Yes, lvl 10 not much there. But, it is for the person, I have gone out and gotten lvl10 pets for people before and they love them. I had a Doc see me give a Swamp Gurreck to a friend of mine, and she asked if I could get her one as well. I never did, but instead, I got her a Squal, looks like a bunny rabbit, and she was very happy.
Before vehicles were given away by SOE, lots of people wanted mounts. I still get requests to train mounts when they find out I can train them. Why? they look neat, and you can shoot off of them. I trained a BE pet that was very low lvl, I think 3, but its specials were not bad, intimidate and stun, i believe, for a new player. For a new player, if he used that pet right, it could be very useful to him with those specials.
It all depends on the person and what they want.

I try and keep around 30 ish of these creatures on my vendor (I have the luxury of Merchant 3000) - at 75k each they sell really well (although everyone wants Razor Cats, the rest get left behind). Also if I have the Master BE tag active, and walk through Coro Starport, I normally get a couple of tells asking for custom orders. Quite often people ask for 10 at a time (for the guild apparently), so it's an easy 750k.
I don't think that many people on FarStar sell them, but they are a good income. Yes, I do think that they have very high HAM, but the damage that they do is useless and so I don't have any conscience pangs about doing so.
I know that some guild mates use them to fend off aggressive creatures whilst they empty their harvesters, so they do have a use!

I only deal in Non-CH pets, granted the ham is very low on some of them but I do sell tank pets using the GSP,Kima,SGD and MH recipe. I could make more money doing CH petsas the low ham pets I sell to the likes of entertainers for 5k don't bring in much cash but its nice to see entertains with a furry friend

I used to carry around CL10 DNA templates ready for crafting and I would ask a newb if he would like a pet and what type (i.e. a cat, dog, big bird etc) and then craft and give them one. Of course this would be the 14% kin/blast recipe.

Wow I sell my non CH pets on my vendor for like 7 - 9K!
Mounts, usually with a bit of Kinetic and Energy resistance, and a few K in Health.
The only time they sell is when someone comes in and cleans my vendor out!
