This is pretty exciting folks!
number of times searching lairs: 47
number of times finding eggs: 35
highest sample: 17
lowest sample: 8
Also, you can often sample a lair more than once consecutively. In fact some lairs let me search them up to 6(!) times in succession.
In a little over an hour on Endor, looking for dna, I have a stack of well over 500 egg. It would have been much larger than that as well, but I only just now realized about the repeatedly sampling the lair thingy

I really like this patch =) Heh, my 'record' from one lair (while running on Talus chasing kima and only after I'm done realizing that you can get missions for them. doh.) is 9 samples which ranged from 9 to 14 eggs per go. Didn't hurt either that the eggs had a OQ in the 900's

Erm, turns out I flipped the planets around. Endor's the 'net with OQ 908 (or thereabouts) eggs, Talus only had some measly +400 in OQ. 'course, ya might be lucky and have the resources shifted.
