I couple BE with tailor on one server (but I have to use merchanting skills with another character).

And on another server, I am a Master BE / Master Dancer

I have a theory that after Explo IV you do not really need any other profession to help BE...Spend the SPs on something you enjoy rather than what you think may be best suited.

Gives you Melee Defence +7. Very useful. Also you can cure your own battle fatigue which means your Wound Packs will be more effective when you have to cure your own wounds. So yes, it is helpful - so don't be rude.

Pick a master combat profession that you enjoy, after the combat balance all professions should be more or less useful in the field so just pick one you enjoy rather than one that is uber powerful or uber defensive.

I'm doing Master BE / Master Chef / Novice Merchant. I have another character on the same server that is a Master Carbineer, so its easy to do my combat there.
