I really hate to do this to a CH...but...Clicky
You need to look elsewhere to find a BE, this is not the appropriate place to do it...Some BEs would automatically 1* for this...
Try the vendors list, your server trade, or in game vendors on planetary map. Another way is to search the forums for people from your server who post here, and mail them politely in game.
