Its very hard to get in that cave to get a RCSQ CL 70 sample. Lucky for a jedi was making a path for me killing all NPC in front of me. Unfortunatelly he also killed the RCSQ. So I had to wait it respawned. Waiting with there camoulfaged it was there I sampled it, it detect me, it killed me and left me on the ground with one option a one way ticked to the clone factory. Luck me allthoufh I was dead I got the sample VH. To make a long story short it is very hard to get that sample. I am a master ranger MBE. But still got detected by the NPC. My quesion is how the hell other BE get those samples?

when i did my jedi trials the RCSQ spawned up top of the cave.....

Something you should know about the RCSQ: Shebypasses through any kind of mask scent or camo. What's weird is that she doesn't even break the scent, she just bypasses it altogether. I had a master ranger take me down there with her best camo packs and the queen breaks through it every time. However, the normal reclusive spiders down there do respond normally to mask scent and camo.
Knowing that, here are some tips to help you:
Tip 1 (moving towards the bottom): The hardest part about getting these samples is getting down to the bottom of the cave. If the elder is not in the cave, you could get down there with a good combat prof and some medic. If the elder is there, you are most likely going to need a group of people (jedi help a LOT). If you DO have a group of people, make sure EVERYONE knows NOT to attack the queen. There is nothing more frustrating than having someone kill the queen when you did all the work just to get down there.
Note: Currently, there is NO way to gain Spiderclan faction.
When you get to the final group of spiders in the corner before the queens location (this corner has a skeleton chest in a bunch of rocks and webs), have ONE person move down towards the queen's location and lure all the normal spiders back up to that corner with the skeleton chest. This person MUST peace out before luring so that they do not aggro the rest of the spiders and the queen by making an unintentional attack.
When all of the normal spiders have been disposed of, follow these tips to get the samples:
Tip2 (suicidal pets): Since my BE char has no combat at all, and no rez ring, I had to find a way to get around the insta-agro situation without a group of people. What I ended up doing was making a somewhat weak pet that would basically "steal the aggro" if I got aggroed,becoming a suicide petso that the queen would not deathblow me right off the bat. The pet will have all the spiders (if they are not already killed) down there aggroed on it so it will die fairly quickly. When you get back up from the incap you should have sufficient time to go and sample the queen.
Basically what I am saying here is make a suicide pet and before you attempt to move close to the queen, pull it out and set it on guard so that when you get any aggro from the queen the pet will also aggro the queen, saving you from being deathblown, allowing you another chance to sample when you get back up from the incap. You may want to have 2 or even 3 pets that you can use for this situation incaseyou get aggroed constantly. You will definitely be nervous, so just make sure you pull out another pet and put it on guard before you attempt a resample.
If you don't have any CH skills, non-ch pets will work just as good.
Note: If you do NOT have any suicidal pets, I can almost guarantee you that you will need someone to suicide for you. Be it a smuggler with feign death or just a plain player that will suicide for you with a doc there to rez. If you have a doc there that can rez, you can even suicide yourself. The main objective is to sample her as soon as she has lost all aggro. Remember to take people that understand what is going on and do not kill her in the process of helping out. I had that happen. It puts a damper on things real quick. Even if someone has to die from her, it's better than not getting at least thatone sample.
Tip3 (camping): I camped at the bottom of the cave in two different spots while I was trying to get DNA from the RCSQ. DO NOT, under any circumstance, camp directly on her spawn spot. I did this on two different occasions, and both times I was warped directly to the top and out of cave after I had logged out and logged back in later. This is extremely frustating especially when it's so hard to get into the cave. The best place to camp is actually where Kiin' Dray spawns (verybottom and back of the cave by the two skeleton corpse chests). I was never warped out of the cave from that spot and it is safe from aggroof any spiders as well.
Tip4 (moving towards the queen): If you are camped in the spot that I suggestedin Tip #3, then you will be glad to hear you can move towards the queen and sample her without being aggroed (although sampling her and getting aggroed from sampling is still a problem). Anyone that has been down to the bottom of the cave will know there is a large creature skeleton at the bottom right where the queen is located.
It's hard to describe in words (I don't have a picture to show you the exact location atm), but if you move towards the queen very slowly (remember to use mask scent, jawa beer, and camo food if you have it for protection against the normal spiders), and keep the large skeleton between you and the queen, there is a spot where you can move right against the large creature skeleton (queen being on the opposite side) and get exactly 16m away and sample from there.
Now, I don't know if I was just really lucky, or if it was because I moved slowly, or if it was because the queen could not "see" me through the large creature skeleton, but I was able to do this twice without getting aggroed from moving towards her. Just remember to have a suicidal pet out and put it on guard; being ready to steal theaggro from you.
That's all I can think of at the moment, but I if I think of anything else that can help people out on there journey to get the best DNA in the game, I will definitely post it. Hope this helps you out.

I've been getting a lot of requests for pets made from her DNA, so there is potentionallya lot of money that can be made from it. If anyone would ever feel like camping down there to get the DNA for that long.
