The exact number depends on how many schematics you have that show up in the crafting tool you are using. So you have to look in your datapad, and count from the beginning, skipping all schematics that don't apply to the tool you are using, til you get the schematic you want.
For example, when I count, I skip my traps and camps because they are not made with a food and chemical tool. If you get it wrong, you can adjust it depending on how far off you were. Keep in mind that when your skill changes such that you get new schematics, all bets are off and the order may be completely different.

keep trying numbers...
Since each person who crafts earns the schems in a different order noone uses the same number (usually)
and thanks to the 'keep it as sorted before' thing
that was implemented,
once you sort you data by catigory or name..
your numbers are shuffled so that you cannot begin to guess where it came in.
the only possible thought that comes to mind to help
if you can remember when you learned you blocks, {0130..learned up to three then the one}
and count in thosewhere the schems came into your training
wish I could offer more help..
this sort thing annoys me more then anything, it needsa toggle

It sounds sort of convoluted, but here goes:
First, open your datapad without it auto-sorting. If it's sorted alphabetically, or any other way for that matter, this won't work. You may need to disable the option and log back in to get things back to normal if you're one of the ones that "took advantage" of the new sorting a couple patches back.
Pay attention to the schematics your food and chemical crafting tool can make, then go to your datapad and start counting (The first number will be 00. Everything following will need to be a 2-digit number, so when you get to 10, omit the 0 in front and leave it as '10'.) through all the schematics that the tool can make. There will be some you can pass over, like travel packs or things of that nature. I repeat, do not include items that cannot be made with a food and chem tool in your count. When you reach the schematic you're looking for, the number should either be right on the money or within 1 or 2 numbers. Change one up or one down to fine-tune it and you should be home free with the crafting macro.
Happy grinding!
