Okay, I was wondering, are the food additives that BE's can craft experimentable? I was thinking about dabbling in some BE so I can craft some for my Chef, but I don't know ifI want to investskill pointsto master, so I might not bother if they need experimentation b/c then I'd need master BE for best results.

So, are they effected by experimentation?

yes it is effected by experimentation. Depending on the tissue made. It may make the food more flavourful or the duration longer, that kind of thing.

at novice (i think) you get to make light additives.... at tissues III, you get medium additives.... but you need to get master to get heavy additives

Also, to get full experimentation without mastering BE, you'll still need to put skill points into the BE Engineering Techniques tree. Without the full experimentation points of a master, though, your additives won't be at the strongest they can be, especially since BEs don't have experimentation tapes like other crafters to make up for not having master level experimentation.
