Hey,

How come I am not able to make the +15 Melee Defense and Ranged Defense Tensile resistance or am i just doing something wrong?

I think it's capped at 17. I was able to make +16 using uber organics, milk and meat. Be sure to use domestic milk which has a 700 cap on Flavor not wild milk which has a cap of 700 on PE.

The organics, meat and bones I had on-hand. The milk, I got from a 30k resource kit.

one of the things you should do is a galaxy wide search. I've found some of the best resources to ever have spawned this way...and they were cheap!
