I have three sets of it, I know nothing about med crafting.

stats:

Power Charges Stack size

41 53 6

64 67 5

72 67 8

Says it can be used in place of a medical dispersal mechanism. Are these worth posting on the trade boards or are they crap?

The one highlighted is the only one that can be used. It has nothing to do with power or charges. It has to do with the quantity. The new scematics require 7-9 identicially serial numbered advanced dispersal mechanisms. So the only rancor bile drops that can be used in the new meds are ones that drop in those numbers, they'll all be the same serial number.

Thanks for the info. Just to tack on a follow up question, you say it can be used...but is it worth using? Are these stats better than the craftable dispersal mechanisms?

THAT is a question best left to a true expert, like Matta, because I haven't bothered to craft any ADMs since the CU, so I don't know what is possible. I strongly suspect, however, that they'll make a superior med component than can be put together with crafted ADMs. I leave the question as to whether anyone would be really interested in them to the group, mainly because the med 'ehancers' for the most partdon't enhance enough to be worth the effort.

Less than seven drop, though, go ahead and destroy them on the spot they're useless.

Are these stats better than the craftable dispersal mechanisms? No, I can get about 25 charges, 250+ power from the crafted ones. Making meds with these would give around 45 more charges and 200 less power than with the crafted components. Most people choose power over charges, so I still say /delete.

Yeah, I hate worthless loot too, and unfortunately rancor bile now falls in to that category, right up there with grenade experimentation CAs.

Even pre CU rancor bile was problematic, because while it did wonderful things for charges, and even power, it reduced the range that the CM meds it was used in could be tossed from. For some CMs that was a very important consideration, especially in PvP.

Matta is right, overall people go for power, not charges, which is why chefs rarely ask for chef tissue supplements other than the nutritional supplements; very little customer demand for anything but a more powerful buff, especially now that the natural stacking prevention system (filling) has been forgotten by the devs in the nerfbat crazed delirium.
