We have no idea what server you're on, and even so, you should post this on your galaxy forum.

no matter what server you're on you'll probably struggle, BE's can only craft the meds when they're in the middle of doing the quest, after they finish the schem disappears. I think unless you meet someone who ran off a few crates worth whilst they were there you'll struggle. I had to grab BE 0004 to finish the quest in the end which meant dropping nearly all of pistoleer
