Hi there
On all components you need to experiment first on efficiency/power and then on the charges.
I dont know all stats by mind on my components…
If you reach about 1100 power and 17 uses on a Stim D it's ok…

As for subcomponent ranges, all of the advanced subs range up to about 75 or 80 power. The important stats are OQ and PE on each of the resources in question. Keep in mind that herbivore meat PE is capped at 700 (used in aCRDM).
The single most important resource for making stim Ds is the Tatooine Fiberplast (since it is used in both the aBEC and the final assembly). The only stat that really matters in that resource is the OQ (UT comes into play for charges, but that is not really a consideration).
