ummm...this might be a stupid question but is it possible to make pets that are aggressive? i can't seem to figure out how to do it. i've tryed harvesting DNA from all aggro creatures and then made a rancor that was NON-AGGRO, which just doesn't seem right. any idea how to do this (if it's even possible)?

By agro creatures are you talking about having them show up as red dots on the radar, or having them attack everything the come near?

In the latter case it's not possible that I know of. In the former I think they show up as red dots to enemy Special Forces when you are Special Forces, but in no other instance.

Being a MCH of long standing plus having spent considerable time working with a MBE on my server I can answer your question.

The Aggro Bonus gives you pet the ability to hold aggro on its self and not you. Aim for a AB of at least 5.5% and higher.

In combat your target will switch aggro from your pet to you or any member of your group if you use high damage attacks.

Combined with high health, high health regen and high aggro we at last have viable tanks at least CL 50 or above.

I have seen some info that indicates a pet also having high damage will allow you to use higher damage attacks yourselve with less change of being aggroed.

I believe it's supposed to be a bonus to the pet holding agro on it's target. I'm not sure if it's working though.
