Thread: I WANT MY 300k devs
I'm not so sure about this. From what I've been observing on my own server, the people selling them seem to be generally unapologeticabout willingly making these pets and selling them for obscene ammounts of money. I wouldn't be surprised if they havent "neglected" to mention that its not an intended feature to put a CL 40 pet into a CL 10 body.

Hopefully you'll have better luck getting a refund than the people that bought from a BE on my server. Quote from another board:
"I donno if im gonna log on as tevys for a couple days though cause theres gonna be a lot of pissed off people wanting their credits back *laughes evily and runs away*"
Class act there let me tell ya.

Which part of "We know theresa problem and we are working on it" did you seem to miss? And its buyer beware. You knew they were overpowered when you bought them. And the BE probaly said "They might adjust these" to you.
You sir....have no idea what you're talking about. I bought mine off a vendor, first BE pet i've boughtand forgive me if I don't religiously check the BE forums so it's not like all of us knew they were going to nerf the pets. I'd like my 60k back but I'm not gonna cry about it, this is a problems the developers made, they should fix it in a way that doesn't completely screw over the people that pay the BE's maintenance fee's...
Like what was written in another thread, making the pet recalculate its max stats for it's creature level rather then just saying it's invalid would make more sense.
It was stated earlier that with the next publish their will be a way to adjust the invalids to make them callable. Probably something similar to the toss a pet at the CH trainer and get some random animal back named interpetro chem. ![]()
Seriously though, it sounds like people will be able to call these pets in a few weeks with realistic stats for the CL level. However that does mean a lot of people paid too much and their will be great distrust of the BE community now because of the few exploiters. Kinda like someone claiming to be a smuggler and then steals peoples stuff.
Paid 30K for a CL10 Brackaset. Mine had 5K Health, Action/Mind1-2K.
Cant Call it , and the Bio-E, who sold it, claims, that she droppen the Skill ans has
No money. I just wanted a Brackset mount. Never head one before.
No i didnt know that BE could build things that were not possible.
Now im 30K+3K Traininng in MInus, because of that.
The Good BE sais to me, she dropped Skill, and has no money, as she grinds
something different now.
THANKS BE-LE of VALCYN and THIS COOL PATCH.
I am happy to say that I stuck to my guns and simply refused to make any CL10 and lower uber-pets... despite getting literally 5-6 requests per night for them (usually each request asked me for a large quantity of them no doubt for resale).
The funny thing was, after turning them down and explaining why, I would say about 90% said, "Yeah, I know it's a bug and it's exploitive but..."
There's simply no way anyone with half a brain and limited CH experience wouldn't know a CL8 pet with 8-10k HAM and good resists was an exploit.
Congrats to all the BEs who actually care about their reputations and customer relations. I'm happy to say all my customers go away happy and stay happy.
PS: If you're a BE who really didn't know you were making bugged pets and this fix affects you negatively this post is not meant for you. It's for those who made these things in quantity and charges upwards of 250k each for them.
