im new to the BE thing ... and just started to play with the DNA samples but i was wondering what the the max CL i can sample ??? i see there is a DNA harvesting skill mod but is that success or does that correspond to CL i can sample ?

cl75 is the most an BE can sample.
If you are novice I would not try anything to tuff. I would just grind starter city mobs for now. Don't get discouraged, btw, sampling gets much easier as you climb the dna tree.
