PM me a recipe for a 23cl ar1 high kinetic creature. I can consistantly make 28ar1 60kin but cant seem to lower the cl any more.

Maybe with the fix that went in Thursday, you can't get armor on anything lower? There has to be a lower limit someplace (and yeah, it was level 1 before). If they don't allow armor on CL 23 pets, than a master CH can't have three light armored pets out at once. This may be intentional. /shrug
