Thread: What are you talking about? What nerf?
I don't know what all this ranting is about. Today, apparently the day after the so called "nerf" I still see level 1 pets with 12500 HAM that hit 400-500. Anyone with novice CH can handle them. It's true I saw some "unknown" guy wih one today. He was a novice CH 0000.

Whatsome needs to realize is that, at least to me, **edit** near all BE pets say CL1 when examined. This is ONLY when examined however because inthe datapad it displays the TRUE CL.
In fact in EVERY other respect (including the 70 CL limit for calling, and being a red con) the "CL1" pet is in fact the level 50 or whatever big pet they truely are.
There is a bug that makes a pet appear as a CL 1 pet WHEN EXAMINED ONLY.
I've got half a dozen or so BE pets (as a MCH) and EVERY SINGLE ONE displays a CL1 when examined. Some are fairly low level (28) and one is even max level (70) and each and every one says CL1 in the /exam window.
As far as I can tell, the only BE pets that appear at a true level are the tamable pets made before the revamp of all BE clones.
I seem to recall that all of the clones made before this system actually say they're CL0 but are recognised as their correct rating, it doesn't mean that a CH can call 3 rancor since the clones are actually CL50 as expected. It's a UI error, nothing more.

A few different senarios are happening atm with pets. This is what I have experienced anyway.
Old deeds (made pre patch) tamed post patch have cl0
New BE pets show CL1 on external examine
Taking ainfant pet (not full grown) out first usually allows you to bring out more than your allowed CL limit.
another report I have read and seen screen caps on :is that NonCh have been controling CL levels above cl10
If I had a pet like that and I were you (the full grown cl 50 Gerreck that you can call as a novice CH and should not be able to), I'd never call it again and possibly even delete it. Since you know it's a bug because you realize that you don't have the skill to call it, it could clearly be seen as an exploit in the game. I think the risk of using it highly outweighs the reward.
There is actually an auction on my server forum were the posts subject is "bugged Gurreck" for auction. The person admits in the thread that the pet is bugged, he has used it and is auctioning it off for someone to use it. I'm not lumping you into that category because I'm not sure of your intentions but knowing it is a bug yet using it in game would fall under the definition of an exploit.

In the last big patch it was made so BE's could finally do some cool shiz, but when they did so there was a bug that allowed uber-non-ch pets to be made.. now here we go..
So two days ago they released a "hot fix" to supposildy stop these uber pets from A) being made and B) being used (hence invalid errors). Upon going live with t his awful "hot fix" which in my opinion only breaks things and is truley unproffesional, it somehow broke not only the uber-non-ch pets but also normal ch-pets along with some pets not even made with the supposid bugged new system. And they can still CREATE invalid pets! It's not safe to buy anything from a BE right now, so things are broken worse then before.
This brings us to today! In dev tracker there is a post stating that they are doing something so on saturday we can probably call these uber pets until they can do a true fix in the next BIG PATCH. So dont delete those pets yet, dont go yelling at your BE cause its not their fault. Just wait it out. One day it will work (I truley hope thats a true statment). And if you want some rad CH XP cause your low level, go get one of these uber ones and use it for a few weeks till they change things again!
