There isn't one.

Prices will depend upon the number of BE's on the specific server, that server's resource shifts(can't make good tissues if good specific resources haven't shifted in previously), player demand, etc.

On Tempest prices vary significantly. Lowquality tissues(re:+1to +4)almost sell for a loss, whereas high quality tissues can command extremely high prices. I charge 250cr a plus, 300cr per plus for tissues exceeding +16.. though all of my tissues fall into the latter category, so the 250cr per plus is hypothetical. Some BE's charge more.. much more.. than I do, while others charge less.

Just seta price and see how business is doing within a week or two. If the price is right, your supply should be just a bit higher thanthe demand. Too low, you'll be out of resources very quickly as folks harvest your merchants for everything you have up for sale.

I sell for 200 cr per point regardless of how high the stats are.

When it comes to prices I usually like to check the bazaar and other pet shops to see what others around me are selling for.

My buddy has been selling the clothes he makes from my tissues (+5 for my good ones at tissues 2) for 250 cr/+ at a fairly good rate (four or five items every day or two).
