Yes, simply by selecting specific DNA samples with the specials you want to make the DNA Templates, for example Voritors poision. Take DNA Samples from them and most likely you're pets special with be Poison Spray or Strong Poison.

Hope I helped.

Can you engineer a pet to max out at a certain level?

For example, if I want a level 24 X, a level 23 X and a level 22 X, with X being the same kind of pet, is that possible?

When we're making the dna templates, it's really tricky to tell from the numbers in all the stats exactly what level the creature will be.

But to a large degree, the cl is independent of the skin you use (Exceptions are things like the kimogilla skin which has a minimum level of 40 - there's a thread somewhere here with all the mimimum creature levels). But basically you could have a razor cat for each cl between 10 and 70 if you had the cash, inventory space and datapad space. (well, you almost certainly don't have the last 2 , but you might have the first)

But if you walk up to a BE and say "I want a cl24 cat, a cl23 cat and a cl22 cat, all with 60% kinetic and light armor" I think you'd get a terse response
