Hi, i really don't know what can a be do with enhanced clothing.

First off, cloth skill tape with wound treatment are just loot ? or can a BE make that ?

Also, can i put these skill tape myself on a cloth ? or do i need a tailor to craft the cloth with the skill tape ?

skill tapes are looted. there are skill tapes with that mod (i think).BE's wound treatment tissues are called Passive & Active Biosensors.

skill tapes may be put into your clothing by yourself. BE's tissues must be applied by a tailor.
