Is there official word on whether these are working correctly or not? I haven't been a BE very long but in the many months I've read this board, I've come to the understanding that they reduce the chance to hit and not the damage taken.


Is this accurate?


If not, what is accurate?


If that's unknown, is it our #1 question to the devs?


If it's been asked before, any recommendations on how to become the "squeakiest wheel"?


This iseasily, my most popular Tailor Tissue...if this isn't working....people need to know that.


I did a search but our Corro's lastpost on it was that he was unsure.


Wouldn't this easily be our #1 issue? At the very least, getting a dev just to state "they are broke" or "they are working" would be enough (at least for me).


Appreciate any insight.

Is thiskicking adead horse or something?


I can't find a whole lot on it via search....other than players asking/stating they don't work.


Is this just BE clothes? Or all ranged/melee def? Aakuan rings, skill tapes, etc?

It actually is beating a dead horse. In my view, I make tissues. I do not provide any warranty on their effectiveness.


I even had a discussion with a tailor about them once indicating that I had heard they might not work. He insisted I make them simply because he had customers with orders specifically for the mod.


If the ultimate buyer wants the clothes in spite of all of the information being posted all over the place debating their effectiveness, then I believe it is a viable product. I simply do not run any extras beyond specifically placed orders because you never know when the well will run dry...

I foudn this thread on the Flurry forums. It seems to give pretty good evidence to suggest that they are working (though in a way that you wouldn't immediately expect)...

I apologize for not finding that before coming here. I did several searches but apparently overlooked that amongst all the trade board hijackings stating they don't work.
