I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm wondering if SEA's and BE mods stack or if both are shooting at the same +25 cap. The best that I came across was lammergeier's post here.
I'm just wanting to know before I start tossinga ton of credits into an AA that may or may not work for me.

Some people think going over the cap of +25 has an effect, but according to a dev at the fan fest, +25 is the hard cap fullstop you can't g over it.

The cap on anything other than a character's skill modifiers from their professions is +25.
