Open your flora survey tool and there is a SEEDS heading. Berries and tubers I know are seeds, there are a bunch of others as well.

Who the hell knows why they named seeds? Just ignore that, you can use any flora food you have EXCEPT things that might really be considered seeds such as oats and wheat. Greens fungi fruit berries etc.
