Thread: Why the variance in DNA?

I don't mind that DNA samples have stats that vary all over the map, even from the same type of creature. What bugs me is that multiple samples from the same creature are all random. Plus the fact that samples don't seem to have much relationship to the creature being sampled. I realize that the CL is important, but what does it mean when I have gubbur samples with higher physique and aggression stats than those I took from a bull sharnaff?

You won't be seeing this problem anymore. Stats on DNA will be directly linked to CL of the critter as well as the quality of the sample. This system will come online when the vehicle patch goes live.
