Hello to all your BE's out there. First let me say how you do your profession amazes me. I would go completely insane..lol. After going through many of the posts on the forums and the sticky'd faq about BE tissues and trying to use SOE's search box (Not working please try later) I still can't get an answer to my question.
I'm a tailor and have been for over 18months now. When CU hit all my tissues switched to the new ones. Bleed resist became Healing Eff. My question is now is this a doctor mod now or is it still to help resist bleed?? I have customers asking me this and I assumed it was still like combat bleed but I have been unable to find the true answer on it. I'd like to make sure I'm telling my customers the correct information when they shell out their hard earned credits on expensive BE mod clothes.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. If I could have used the search I would have kept trying but I really need to get these clothes on my vendor and have the correct information for my customers ASAP.
BTW Hats off to you all for taking on such an under appreciated profession....until someone wants an uber pet or uber BE clothes that is

It is a skill mod starting in the trees of Medic, basically means you heal for more using the same enhancers.
