Thread: Thyroid Rupture Enhancer
I think that *I* as a CM would use something like that, although I'm also a BE so I would make it myself. I don't think I'd go out of my way to buy it though because I'm cheap and I don't do pvp (much - ok i admit I dueled someone twice but they creamed me). I guess from here (the BE forum), you can get the point of view of the people that sell them, if you post on the CM forum you might get the point of view of the end users .... but you also might annoy them ![]()
Or you can just put it/them up for sale and see how it does before you make more and decide for yourself if it is worth the amount of effort and time that you have to put into it for whatever price you end up selling it for. So much of this is so personal... I've never made one so it must not have been worth my time and energy to do so - i use deuterium toss enhancers and neurotoxin enhancers like candy tho (or I would do if i remembered to restock my pack).

I make all of the various enhancers and sell them on my vendor. I make all of them by hand and stock just 5 of each since they don't sell all that fast (though recently, bacta spray and job are selling rather fast and I have made factory runs of them - 2 crates each).
As to thyroid enhancer, mine are hitting 1078 according to my notes and I have sold 16 of them since June 1 at 30k each. Not a huge seller, but as long as you have the subs ready to go, the actual final assembly isn't too much of a pain...
Here is a very stupid question but I'll ask it anyway. Obviously our 'native' effectiveness is tied to our level of combat medic - I think I've seen a mod called ... no i've forgotten what the name is ... but it is something effectiveness.
How does the power of the enhancer tie into that - are enhancers more powerful when you are lower level? Is it a a straight modifier to the value? What does 100 points or even 300 points of effectivenss on enhancers translate into as far as damage done - or even does it have an effect on the effect sticking on your target?
In short - how do the stupid things work? I know that when i was a master CM I was able to see a increase from approx 280 to about 300 per tick on deuterium enhancers of about 1100 but ... how does the math of it work?
Thanks in advance,
Dor

Bit advanced for me however.
I recon it adds to you ability so no not better to use at lower level.
