Yes this can be done, simply needs about 2 generations. Start with merek harvester and boarwolf, work it down from there.

Cant go wrong with a bit of Merek Harvester if you want high kinetic resist, I would probably try some grizzled dewback in the aggression and psych slots for the knockdown and dizzy combos, might take a gen or 3 to get down to CL 29 but its definately possible

FWIW I prefer the dewback because its lower level and has the dizzy - but the srimson blurrg has slightly higher resists

Actually, you don't mention anything about armor. If this was not a requirement from the customer, you can make liberal use of grassland voritor tracker. Neat thing about this dna is that it has 65% kinetic, 60% energy, knockdown special, and very very respectible damage for a creature of this CL range.

I'm not a master yet (only 2/2/4/2), but I made a pet last night similar to the one you have a request for... and first generation. And it happened to be my first good pet =)

I used 2 merekbattle samples, a crimson blurg sample, a delerious merek avenger sample, and a merek assassin sample. I believe that only 2 samples were HQ, the rest were above average. I think that's what I used, I may have used a different sample for the knockdown special.... I crafted it at 3am and it's a little hazy

The critter came out as CL 28, with 10k Health, 8k Action and Mind, light armor, 60% special kinetic, 270-280 damage, strong poison and knockdown specials, and a ranged attack.

Ok, so here's the critter I managed to make...

Level 29 Gurreck, HAM 10802/9276/8019, Armor: Light, Kinetic: 60, Dam: 200-210, SA1: Crippling strike, SA2: Knockdown, Ranged: Y

To do this I used Merek Harvester and Crimson Burrlg dna. The creature was sold for 200k

Ooo 200k, some people need to be a little more reasonable with their prices in my opinion. Guess it depends on how often you play as well though, but at least your maintaince is covered for 2 months now Try to go a little easier on the next guy ok.
