I was playing around tring to find the command for a particular /slash command when i found

/uploadinfo I think

well you type it and hit yet then make a cahracter the same species and name (the instructions are in the little window) and it is supposed to copy the character to test, then you type /dowload on test as your clone so to speak and it should copy the skills only.

no time to test this out, but at least it gets ride of the "there are no master BE's on test that can tell us blah blah blah" since you can just do it your self if it is enabled.
