I have heard contradicting answers to this question.
Is there a mod shirt, aa, clothe atachment, or anything that raises the call level of pets over 70?
some say yes, some say no.
anyone know the true answer?

There is a BE tissue that can raise the max level of creature you can tame/control - however it does not raise the level above 70.
For example and non wookie MCH cannot tame or control an aggressive cl 70 pet without it
