okay,i guess that does make it on topic,but the devs need to pay more attention to all of the professions lol,hey,lol can u tell me wat u think about the idea i just posted for a bie eng revamp,maybe on that one,it would help get more replies and in turn a little dev attention.

Last week they released those numbers about badges on bria - its the first intimation I've found of how many players on a server there are. 16132 players had acquired at least 5 badges - so that means there's at least that many players on a server. Now granted, Bria is the most populous, and a lot of those 16132 may not be active anymore, so lets be conservative and assume there are about 5000 active players on any given server. With 26 servers that 52,000 active players for SWG, very conservatively. At $15 a month, for most players, thats $780,000 a month income they getfor this game. Not to mention $2.6 million from sales of the CDs. I'd like to know where all that money goes. From the way they've handled updates and development in the past I'd say its safe to say a large portion of it doesnt go to upgrading hardware and hiring more personnel. I know I could do a lot better job for the players paying to play the game. I just dont think its fair that our gameplay suffers so that Joe-kiro Sony can afford another gold Mazda in his mansion in Tokyo, if thats what the case may be =) I know it will never happen but ugh....some accountability would make a lot of us feel better when the devs tell us "we're doing everything that can be done but we simply dont have the personnel/hardware to do more"

oh lol suppose so - BE's have been ignored longer than any profession in the game though,except maybe CH and smuggler, so we have more of a right to ask this question than anyone. As a matter of fact, devs have told us that they know we have problems but they dont know whats wrong with the system and just dont want to bother finding out or fixing it, in as many words. Someone (either the devs or NancyJ, I dont know)got the idea that the PLAYERScould help the devs by finding broken pet formulae. The players shouldnt have tospend time they've payed forto help the devs do their jobs. There, its a BE issue now =)
