Hi Guys.
I have recently bought a BE pet, and upon taming it, its stats did not correspond to its level. This is not a complaint ( as I didn't pay much for it, hmmm.. maybe this is why .... ), however upon closer inspection of more of the BE pets this was the case on many of them. The pets in question include a BE Gonad (Lv 15) and my wild Gurrcat (Lv 12) the Gurrcat had beter stats on everything (by quite a margin) Did I do somthing wrong in taming the creature, or is it a general problem that BE pets are well below their level. Hope sombody can clear this up.

You did nothing wrong, and neither did the BE who you got the pets from. What's the problem is the fact there is a bug in the clone crafting system that sometimes creates pets that are too powerful for the displayed CL. To correct this the Devs put in the pet validity check (which you've seen).
this isn't a problem that occurs all the time, or for every pet (otherwise it would have been easy to fix), but it can be frustrating for everyone concerned.
