Ok, so Ive been dinking around with the DNA Lab at swgcreatures.com,and Ihave a couple questions. Im using samples from a CL 63, 63, 63, 47, 50. That end result wont come out over CL 70 will it? If it does, best I can do is change one of the 63s to a lvl 50. Otherwise I need to replan my whole template hehe.
Second, according to the DNA Lab, the final temp with the right stuff fully experimented will have 48 Kinetic and 41 Energy. Is there a chance that in game it could actually come out higher than that? I hope that the DNA Lab is a little off on that, because I was hoping for at least mid 50s.. on Kin at the very least.
Thanks for any info. Wanted to check with you guys before I wasted any of my hard earned DNA samples

Well, what I've heard around about resists, (but havent had the time to experiment much with myself) is that they rely mostly on slot 1. If you dont get the resists you want, resample the pet, and use the DNA with the higher resists in slot one and the resamples in slots 2-5 of the template. You might not get 4 samples out of resampling though, so make two pets if you want to try this.
If a creature comes out over lvl70, do the same thing: resample and use an animal with lower agression in the agression slot.

resists actually noticeably weigh in from slots 1 2 and 5. That DNA shouldnt put you over 70, you only really get in trouble there if you use MR DNA or experiment heavily into aggression. If your DNA comes out too low, try mixing 2 samples of something like Prowling Gurreck (if you dont need light armor) or BMBQ (if you do) in slots 1 and 2 with 345 filled with the first generation DNA. That should give you that extra 5-10% kin and ener resists you're looking for, and not mess up your specials.
