There are no tissues that can improve the quality / assembly roll / experimentation roll of weaponsmithing or any related element. Chefs have foods for that, i know for a fact that for experimentation you should drink Bespin Port although it only works for one experimentation so your best bet is to go to a research centre player city and craft there.

If you don't have one already, what you'll want to get is one of the "weaponsmith toolkits" that are themepark reward schematics. There is more info on this in the tailor forum, read the FAQ there.

I think he means Krayt tissue. BE'smaking Krayt tissue is BS. You have to kill the Krayt's to get the weapon tissues.
