Do they drop with stats for BE's? I have been hunting all over and no dice.

Well ... medical experimentation / assembly tapes work for BE's.
There are reports that other people haven't been seeing them as much as before and the drop rate is slowed or gone. I don't know about this myself b/c i have not been loot hunting lately which doesn't mean it isn't true at all 
Just means I don't really know.
