Thread: AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! OK doctor, it all began....
We woke up one morning and found that they were pathing mounts in. Everyone went around screeming
Prices of up to 200k were seen for mounts. I could not sell my babies at 10k, wholesalers would buy them up.
There were charges of price gouging.. anger at an empty vendor... anger by present customers cause of prices..
"What is CL?"
"I bought a dewback, a friend tamed it, but he can not transfer it back to me?"
"Send me a tell when you get them back in."
"Save me one, ok?"
"you used to sell pets for 5k"
"I bought something and hit retrieve but it is not. Can you get it for me?"
"Do you need the hopper to make pets?"
"How long before you get more DNA in?"
"I heard that you could use Giant Carrion Spats on the first day, do you have any?" "What level are they?" "Can you get me one?"
I am thinking... Is there a Stealth Mode? I have been titled an "explorer" since yesterday and I am still sending the mt "miss tells" to 3 people while incapacitated.
/afk Please send me an email. I will be on later to read them.
There are acouple of ways that I know of to relieve some pressure:
1. Use the /afk and leave it on. Use this featureto "screen" your /tells just like you would with an answering machine. Use a creative /afk message and you won't offend past customers who already have your name.
2. Make your character non-searchable (under the ctl + P panel , if I remember correctly) that way nobody new will know your name or your profession by using the "search" feature. Or, just put "no title" on your name.
Hope that helps. That will be 100kplease. ![]()

Oy, I feel ya man. It's enough to make me want to crawl into some hole in backwoods Rori and go permanently AFK.
- typing /anon will make you nonsearchable.
- keep that MBE title off, though it usually doesn't help much if you're established ![]()
- I found renaming a pack with a message (like "more stock coming Thursday", or "not currently stocking mounts") and listing it on my vendor will deter many questions.
