Thread: questions for BE
Message Edited by Pumbak on 09-14-2005 04:13 PM
I love sampling andmaking pets. I've beenBE for about 2 weeks, just taking my time and enjoying it, not grinding. I think it's great. There's a post of mine a little ways down about BE's being ninjas, (kinda on my initial reaction to BE).
BE is utter enjoyment for me, I absolutely love it. My very firsttemplate in this game almost 2 years ago now was MCH/MBE. I got into the pet crafting like crazy... just couldn't get enough of the sampling and pet making and trying to figure out the formula for making the best pets I could.
Time passed and I tried the "hologrind" for awhile like everyone else seemed to be doing, but in the end I realized that wasn't what made me happy, and I went right back to MCH/MBE and am sooooo happy to be back into the pet crafting aspect of BE that I love. I don't really do much with chef components/tissues (only on special request from a guildmate or friend do I make those items) and focus 99% on pets. I can't think of a more unique crafting profession than BE. It'svery fulfilling and provides me with endless enjoyment.

Well I've been a BE from day one and love it. I left the proffesion for a while to try other things and came right back. No w you have to understand I'm a sucker for punishment and this proffesion dishes it out in droves.
For me, like many others, pet crafting is why I am a BE - been one since the great pet nerf of 12/2003. It's addictive, I find myself attempting to sample on my non-BE toons. There are some people who enjoy making the tissues and the *cough* meds but I do not believe thatthey are in the majority.
BEs are thebeloved of the devs, changes are made to our profession and we find out about it on forums other than our own. We got a new guide which we had been eagerly awaiting only to find out that it was word for word, spelling and grammar errors included, the player built sticked guide from our forum with no new information/content added but it was window dressed.
If you like to die or stick a sharp stick into your eye, this is the profession for you. ![]()
All kidding aside, for me it's all about the pet making process. There are a lot of wonderful people here who are happy to help and/or answer questions (or point you to the stickies
).
Welcome to the community and remember to have fun.
