Thread: How many points to 'cap'

can anyone tell me how many points from CA's and aprons i need, to be able to cap. And is it the same for all proffessions. Its a human toonif that matters

cap what, medical xp? i don't know if we get "Bio Engineering Experiment tapes", i wish we did though

Medical Experimentation is what BE's use, so yes in a sense we do have BE exp tapes, they're just called medical experimentation instead, as to the cap, all ca's/mods cap at 25
