judging from what I've been able to do while cloaked (but not having a BioE/jedi, only having BioE and jedi on seperate toons), I'd SPECULATE that you can.

If you could get it...it would be a fortune, but only cos it would be bugged. Max CL for Sampling is 75. (Unless they changed it post CURB...and then I look like a nub

u r not a nub.
sampling cap is still CL75. you can only sample while not in combat. you can only sample targets that are not in combat. 'force cloak' doesn't remove the 'combat state'... a cloaked jedi still draws aggro, they just aren't attackable.
cloak would be of dubious value to a BioE... unless they're looking to do some base takedowns.

I don't think you can do DNA resequence for base takedown while in combat either...

well you couldnt be aggroed while cloaked by any PCs or base NPCs..../sample crit fails are just a loophole around the "cant be targeted" proviso of force cloak. Not sure if cloak would prevent you from doing the sequencing though.

Also posted in another thread, you cannot sample DNA while cloaked. I have tried it myself. You get a system message that you cannot sample while under cover.
