Well, I used the last and final respec to give up BE altogether. I was reading through a thread on my galaxy forum about things we first loved aboutSWG and my memories returned to an era long ago when I was just a simple creature handlerselling resources for a living. This is what I am going to return to. I've taken up master CH and some combat skills, along with survey skills. I have removed myself from the rat race and returned to a day when I was care free and unhindered. It was either respec or leave the game completely.

I've been a BE since a few months after launch (I don't grind) and I've seen the profession go through many changes. I will miss BE very much but the profession, today, is not the profession I fell in love with back in the day. You can count on me tolurk on you all and I may become a customerfor some of you. Be well, and may the Farce be with you.

Welcome to the other side Spazzers. My only question is what took you so long? I think you may have been the only one that didn't know you needed a change of professions Anyhow good luck to you. I miss the pre-cu BE very much myself, but certainly not the post-cu BE.

Thanks everyone. It broke my heart to give it up but I woke up this morning feeling okay about it. I had a lot of fun exploring the planet with no real purpose in mind. I used to go on vacation to Rori and do some fishing and hunt of POI's before they had waypoints to them.

I'm looking forward to just having some mindless fun again.

/salute Good luck. I haven't posted much but I've been a BE for a while. Am I delusional to keep hoping against hope that things will get better? I just can't bring myself to give up BE. However, the mini-pets and non-mountables might be pushing me closer to the edge. Seriously, if a world existed where you could BE in the first place you'd think that you'd have the technology to makecreatures normal size. Feh.

Too bad, good luck Spazzers. I was so close to respec'ing the other day. I even left myself logged in while away just so I wouldn't lose the opportunity.

Ah, you bet me to it Buboo. I'm going to try to stick it out a bit longer in hopes (fingers crossed) we get some love but I won't hold my breath.

At least I'll make up a ton of stuff before I change over to full CH.

Oh have you seen Kadissa's kimo - full grown and a mini. Truely nothing works.

I've got a theory on that... it's nothing grand, but...

the wild CL determines a base skin size... since kimos come in the CL80+ range, and since we can't get past CL70... our pets are limited to mini-size.

this doesn't thrill me, theory-wise, but it might be part of the issue we're seeing.

*sigh* another great BE lost to the CU monster. I know how you feel. Pet crafting just isn't very fun anymore. Sometimes I think it's better to have creatures as pets rather than do experiments on them in my backpack. Good luck with the harvesting.
