Bio Engineer Archive

Ok I just surender Survey 4 thinking that the clothes i made with Surveying bio's would make up for it... Now it shows in my stats the bio's put me at +134 surveying skill... Now without bios and having survey 4 I had +100 surveying, so one would think the bio's would allow me to survey as if i had Survey 4 still....

So are all the Bio's for clothes bugged? I know the stats show up when you check out your skills, but It seems there not applying.... Why in the hell do the Dev's put stuff in the game if it does not work. And if they have to put it int he game, atleast announce that there broken so people like me dont waste there time collecitng materials to make them...

Ugh this is frustrating..
